Landesversicherungsanstalt, Hamburg

LVA received a new, extensive, architecturally clearly structured administration building.
Restrained design and high functionality determine the spaces in which the light is secondary, in a natural kind of way.
Two types of recessed luminaires create the light atmosphere: narrow beams that symmetrically illuminate the floor and wall mounted luminaires that evenly illuminate the extensive wall areas. From the outside the building appears light and transparent; the different areas of use can be read on the facade.
