“I see a trend towards luminaire systems that can be individually combined and transformed by various accessories. Module systems and luminaire families that can be combined are also interesting from a sustainability point of view. Exciting accessories from the supplier industry such as lenses, suspension systems that simplify installation and optical films allow clever luminaire designs. Luminaires combined with acoustic functions are a more worked aspect.” (Ulrike Brandi)

The Design Plus Award winners stood out in the competition for their sustainability, flexibility and high-quality design. The award ceremony will take place on the first day of Light + Building on October 2, 2022 in Frankfurt am Main.
